What amenities are included?

Our space is created to have everything you need at your fingertips, including complimentary drinks, a full functioning kitchen with basic cooking essentials so that you can eat-in.

The bathrooms features a large vanity with walk-in closets, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryer, with plenty of space for all your own major toiletries. Most of our units have double entry to the bathroom for privacy from the main bedroom.

Some of our homes offer additional perks such as valet-trash service Monday-Friday.

Additional amenities and services that we include are listed below:

  • Bi-Weekly Housekeeping for Guests staying longer than 14 days
  • Complimentary toiletries, which includes paper goods, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
  • All cookware, you just bring the food
  • Linens and Towels
  • Complimentary drinks, which includes unlimited coffee and assorted teas. We also start all our guest with Fiji water and wine (optional).
  • Utilities are also included with Rental cost, which includes water, electric, cable and WiFi and Parking.
  • All of our homes are secure with a Smart-Home system for key-less entry. You will be provided your own unique code to enter and exit the unit, which can only be accessed by you during your stay. That is right, NO KEYS to worry about!
  • Most of our homes offer community features such as 24-hour fitness, 24-hour sauna, and pool with designated pool hours. (key-fob provided for entry)
